  • Grape Varieties: 100% Tempranillo
  • Characteristics: Vinification takes place in stainless tanks at a controlled temperature of 77 F. The wine is then aged for 12 month in American oak cask. Afterwards, the wine is mature in its bottle for at least one year until the roundness and complexity is achieved.
  • Tasting notes: This vermillion red wine is clean and deeply concentrated. Complex aromas of ripe fruit and vanilla are present. Elegant and spicy finish.
  • Gastronomy: This reserva is the perfect accompaniment to all kinds of dishes from red meats to sausages, cheese, and pates. Serve at 65 F.

  • Grape Varieties: 100% Bobal
  • Alcohol: 12.5%
  • Tasting notes: This rose wine presents an intense strawberry-red color. On the nose, it displays floral scents and a variety of red berries. On the palate, it is very fresh and fruity.
  • Gastronomy:   This wine is ideal with salads, pasta, fish, white meats and rice dishes. Serve at 50 F.
   
       
  Hoya de Cadenas, Blanco

  • Grape Varieties: 60% Macabeo, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Sauvignon Blanc
  • Alcohol: 12.5%
  • Tasting notes: This wine presents a straw color with steely edges. On the nose, it displays aromas of tropical fruits, such as pineapple. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity with a superb sweetness/acidity balance.
  • Gastronomy: Excellent with seafood, fish and white meats. Serve at 50-53 F.
   
       
  El Miracle, Red    
  •  Appellation of Origin: Valencia
  • Grape Varieties: 65% Tempranillo, 35% Shiraz
  • Alcohol: 13%
  • Tasting notes: Intense cherry red color with purple rim. On the nose the wine displays a variety of forest fruits with spicy notes as  well as black olive hints afforded by the Shiraz grape. On   the palate, toasty notes from its aging are very well integrated. The wine has a good structure and elegant finish with blackberry notes that linger on the palate.

  • Appellation of Origin: Valencia
  • Grape Varieties: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon Blanc

  • Tasting notes   : On the nose, the wine combines citric (lime) and tropical aromas (pineapple, peach), as floral aromas, such as orange blossom. On the palate, it is full, fruity, fresh and honeyed, with a perfect acidity/ alcohol balance.

  • Tasting notes: This sweet wine has an attractive golden yellow hue, with a bright appearance. Citric aromas, honeyed notes, and undertones of toasty oak are revealed in the bouquet. On the palate, it is a pleasant, finely textured wine, with a  harmonious combination of sweetness and acidity.

This noble wine is rich in tannins and has a complex finish.

  Morgon

  • Tasting notes: Morgon is robust, firm, full bodied, well balanced and rich in alcohol and esters. This Morgon is vinified very traditionally, without filtration, in a respect of our tradition. Tasting aromas of plum, apricot and kirsch and is deep crimson in colour. An elegant wine which will charm you.
  • Gastronomy: Gourmets consider that young Morgon goes perfectly
    with entrees, white meat and cold cuts, whereas with game and cheese it is better after 2 years, served near room temperature.

  • Tasting notes : Medium gold color. On the nose, it is fresh and delicate, with typical perfumes of fleshy fruit and discreet wooding. It has a nicely balanced body with roundness and well integrated oak.

  • Tasting notes: The Val des Demoiselles is a small plot planted with Pinot Noir. The traditional “saignée” method of vinification is used to obtain an intense bouquet and a subtle perfume of red fruits.
   
       
  Grande Sendrée, Vintage 2000    
  • Appellation of Origin: Champagne AOC
  • Grape Varieties: 55% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir
  • Tasting notes: Grande Sendrée is produced from a plot of wines planted over 70 years ago. This “cuvée” is today a blend of highly fragrant wines produced in very small quantities. Chardonnay, of which there is 55% confers finesse and elegance, and Pinot Noir, forming the remainder brings the body and richness of  a very traditional champagne.
